a simple blood test can give you an answer but to be 1000% sure you might need to get molested

Doctor's don't molest their patients by doing a rectal examination, or other types. It is not a joke and it's definitely not funny. That's an insult to the intelligence of even the simplest mind. If you're having problems urinating, it could be one of a variety of problems. Everything from a simple UTI to STD or enlarged prostate, etc. If you're having problems, strangers on Answers are not going to be able to cure you by typing a few words on the computer screen.

Sounds like it might be an enlarged prostate, which happens to most men as they age. Get to the doc and be checked out. And stop calling it "molestation." Molestation is a terrible sexual offense that happens to innocent kids. You need a checkup. Hang in there.

You should go get checkd out soon! Cancer usually has the same symptoms of 100's of different things that it could be, so most likely it's not cancer. What the doctor is going to do to you in an exam should be the last of your worries. If you have ever known someone who has suffered from cancer you would know how terrible it is and how hard it is to watch them deteriorate. So, let the doctor do what he needs to do before it's too late.
