He said he wanted to start treatments right away, very aggresively, I wanted more tests and another opinion, well he backed off, and I found out he has done this before. I did not and do not have cancer. Should I get a lawyer?

Unless he actually treated you, charged you money, and caused you harm, what would you sue him for? If you say he lied to you and it scared you all he has to do is say his diagnosis was wrong. Change doctors and get on with your life.

You were smart to get a second opinion - hopefully from a reputable cancer specialist MD. Whether you obtain a lawyer or not is up to you. I would be thankful to find out I did not have prostate cancer. But can you be certain that the second doctor is right? It is a matter of biopsy proof whether malignancy exists. Having biopsy slides reviewed by other observers is reasonable, but sometimes disagreements between pathologists can be confusing. Then only the "test of time" will show whether you have a dangerous medical condition or not. Medicine is not a perfect science, and cancers are not always predictable - especially prostate cancers.
