Can you get a tumor in your prostate without it being prostate cancer

Can you get a tumor in your prostate without it being prostate cancer?
I know it might sound stupid but yeah. And the tumor can still be cancerous?

Yes you can and it is fairly common.

technically tumors are cancer. But I think you mean prostatic enlargement. if so, then yes, you can have what is called a benign prostatic enlargement (BPE) or benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). both refer to the same thing, that the prostate enlarges inappropriately without it being a tumor or cancer.

yes. It is possible for cancers to spread. It could be lung cancer if they have lung cancer and so on. Sometimes people will develop a tumor and have it biopsied and find out that the cancer originated somewhere else.
