Can a man still produce sperm after surgery to remove prostate cancer?
In other words could a man father children after radical prostatectomy?

His testicles will always produce sperm. However, he may have to have the sperm removed surgically to fertilize an egg.

Yes of course. There will be less ejaculatory fluid so conception is somewhat less likely, but they're still swimming.
