Hi does anyone know the first signs of prostate cancer

Hi does anyone know the first signs of prostate cancer?
I KNOW SOME ONE CLOSE TO ME WHO SAYS HE HAS A BALL LIKE GROWTH DIRECTLY UNDER HIS TESTICLES BUT HE'S SCARED TO GO TO THE HOSPITIAL FOR FEAR OF THE WORST. I ASKED HIM IF HE THINKS IT'S SOMETHING SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED AN HE SAYS HE'S POSITIVE IT'S NOTHING SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED. IF ANYONE KNOWS THE FIRST SIGNS OF PROSTATE CANCER OR THE SYMPTOMS PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

This is the first sign. He should visit the doctor because if its not treated early it will become deadly
2 :
He needs to take a PSA blood test. That should tell him if it's cancer or not. PSA stands for "prostate specific antigen" which shows up in the bloodstream of prostate cancer victims.

Any growth that's not normal should be checked out by a physician. If he lets it go too long, it could become very serious. The sooner he gets it checked the better. I know people who've had problems with growths down there and they got it fixed and were better a lot quicker too. You'd be a true friend to advise him to see the doc ASAP!

WELL FIRST IF HE HAS PROBLEMS URINATING HE MUST GO TO DOC ASK HIM HOW LONG DOES HE WANT TO LIVE! IF HE THINKS THATS FUNNY SAY GOOD BYE SHOW HIM YOU CARE- SOME OF THEM NEED A PUSH MEN ARE LIKE KIDS BRING THE DOC TO HIM ON A HOUSE CALL IF HE GETS MAD HE DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING

Blood in the urine is the most prevalent. If this is the case do not wait much longer as the longer you wait the worse your chances are to recover from such an illness. Please make him go get a check-up! Even if he gets mad-who cares, at least he goes. Good Luck.

Troube starting urinating, urinating more frequently than usual, feeling that you didn't release all the urine, pain on urination or ejaculation, lower back pain, pain in the legs, in the sxrotum area, perineum area. Better check this website ASAP www.oncolink.com

It could be a hydro seal. Is it painless?, more squishy than a testicle, just a bit smaller? Go to the Urologist but I bet it's a hydro seal and that is nothing to worry about. Prostate cancer will involve an enlarged prostate which makes it very difficult to urinate. Give me best answer and go to the doctor.

Definately needs to go for a PSA test and then possibly a biopsy. Someone very dear to me was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer on both sides and he had no symptoms at all. They had been watching his PSA's for about a year and decided to do a biopsy. He still has no symptoms but opted for surgery because it is a silent killer.

There are no signs, or symptoms regarding Prostate Cancer. Go for a simple blood test. The doctor will give you a quick test to check for this. I know this as I have Prostate Cancer.
