my father is 73yrs. old, he visit to the doctor for annual check up now the doctor found out ( ultrasound ) that his prostate has lymph nodes, now is there a possibility that this become a prostate cancer?

Human have many lymph nodes in our body, include in the area around prostate. Lymph node enlargement can be early sign of cancer, but also can be sign of infection. No one here can tell you if it is cancer or not. Your father's doctor will have to perform biopsy to diagnosed your father. Good luck.
