Why would you want to? The only thing they have in common is that they occur in males. Other than that they are like night and day.

I agree with DeniseDDS - as is almost always the case. What specifically do you want to know? They are completely different diseases. It's like comparing apples and oranges. Prostate carcinoma is very common - almost 200,000 cases a year in the U.S. Testicular carcinoma is relatively rare - 8400 cases a year in the USA. Testicular cancers respond readily to chemotherapy and most are cured. Prostate cancers do not respond to chemotherapy, but in many cases they do not behave aggressively.
