A lot of black, white, brown, and yellow males get prostate cancer. Most die with it and not die of it.

Right above. Most don't die of prostate cancer. But ... the incidence of prostate cancer is highest in African-Americans. We don't know why.

If you live long enough, eventually all men will suffer from prostate cancer. Lucky for men it's a really slow moving cancer....
