I heard from someone that a man can get prostate cancer if he doesn't have enough sex. I didn't believe it at the time, but now I'm wondering if it's true.

i heard masturbation and ahving sex reduces chances of getting prostate cancer SLIGHTLY but who knows if thats even true...

There are all type of ideas out there. But I personal believe the proper diet and a regular exercise routine may help prevent this possibility from happening. My father had it and based on his research and info give by docs the above mentioned was highly recommended.

No that's not true. However if a man doesn't ejaculate very frequently then it does put him at a much higher risk of prostate cancer. However the man doesn't have to have sex to ejaculate, there are many other ways of getting there. The less often you ejaculate the more likely you are to have any prostate related problem. -Connor
