I would like to know if he is going to go to Canada or Britain to get the cancer operation, since he thinks socialized medicine is so much better than what we have now?

He has Congressional Health Insurance/Care - it is the best that our tax money can buy. He will have surgery here.

The US does have socialized medicine...what do you think the Veteran have? Government run hospitals, with government paid nurses and doctors. If Senator Dodd is a veteran, he will can us the Veterans Administration which according to William Kristol, a republican, is the BEST health care in the country! You might was to read the article in the link below. Bob Dole in the '90s said the American people do not deserve the same health care as Congress. Apparently republicans still maintain that stance.
