The only way it can help in preventing it is to masturbate to get the semen fluid out of the prostate gland .. . .. This keeps the semen in the balls new and fresh and when a man becomes less sexual active in the 50's that is why they men in their 50's have to keep tabs on prostate cancer .. . .. So when you become less sexual active get it a pumping for the health of your body and mind .. . ..

no but regular orgasms do expel the various fluids including those produced by the prostate and that does in fact lower the risk of prostate cancer. and since most of us don;t get sex near often enough, masturbating daily is the best way to promote our prostate health.

no, two of the major causes of prostate cancers/enlargement fo prostate glands is the OVER and UNDER ejaculation. The prostate help produce fluid for sperm to swim (sperm + prostate juice = semen) So over ejaculation ( masturbation/sex) can maximize the wear and tear of your prostate. By science, normal ejaculation should take every 72 hours or 3 times a week. But, lets enjoy... why do you wana live longer in this crazy world... Enjoy life while you can -- whack of dude or get a girl. :) Cheers!

Masturbating won't help you overcome prostate cancer if you've already been diagnosed with it, but masturbating frequently when you're young can reduce your chances of getting it. A team of doctors led by Dr. Graham Giles queried a group of men with prostate cancer and an age-matched group of men without it about their sexual habits over their lives and discovered that males who ejaculated most frequently in their 20s had the least incidence of prostate cancer later. Dr. Giles recommends that younger males masturbate at least six times a week. Source: G.G. Giles, G. Severi, D.R. English, M.R.E. McCredie, R. Borland, P. Boyle, J.L.
